ARC is a private referee development opportunity for any referees who want to improve, both on and off the pitch. Surrounded by FIFA officials, CSA instructors and Subject Matter Experts, you will leave this camp an improved referee.

ARC was designed by a group of motivated soccer officials in Calgary who share the desire to improve referee development in Alberta.

The ARC program is developed for every soccer official who wants to improve their game on the field or those who aspire to professional ambitions. There are no limitations on ratings, levels, age or geographical locations. It’s open to ANYONE wanting to improve their game.

Instructors for this program are officials & representatives who are displaying their talent on the international scene. They are the best of the best, at the top of the profession. There are no better individuals to learn from.

FAQs

As of right now we anticipate Saturday to be an in-classroom day, and Sunday to be the on-field and in-gym day. As we build the classroom content based on those registered, we will have a better idea of what the schedule for the weekend looks like. As this happens we will release information!
For now you can plan for the sessions to run 8:30AM-8:00PM on Saturday and 8:30AM,-5PM on Sunday. Friday will have an optional social.
We have secured accommodations for out of town referees at the Holiday Inn and Suites Conference Centre where all the classroom sessions will be held. The address is 1100 4th St. Nisku. The price is $60 per night with dual occupancy rooms. At this point we are asking you to fill out on the registration page whether or not this is something you would like to participate in. At that point we will book the rooms and invoice you for the cost.
Alternatively, you could find accommodations on your own however you would be responsible for that yourself.
We are asking all referees to register by January 31st, 2024 so our education team can build the sessions with enough time to tailor them to the specific registrants. With that being said we encourage you to register early as we are capping the registration at 150 registrants.
If you register and are no longer able to attend, no worries! We will refund you the full amount before January 31st minus a $5.00 processing fee. If you cannot attend and ask for a refund January 31st through February 8th inclusive, we will refund 50% minus $5.00 processing fee. After February 8th, we will not process any refunds.
